Sneaky peek at Duane Simolke/ The Acorn Stories

Happy New Year to you! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are now ready for lots of fabulous books and author interviews in 2023 - I know I am!

 

We start with Duane Simolke who is celebrating his 25th anniversary of publishing his book 'The Acorn Stories' - a collection of short stories about the people who live in the West Texas town of Acorn. The lives of the people featured intersect, so although it's short stories, it's lovely when they come together and he has written some brilliant characters.
